Immerse yourself in the artistry of coffee with our coffee education classes lead by one of our passionate owners, Christina. Our one on one or small group sessions guarantee personalized attention, fostering an optimal learning environment. Whether your a novice or aspriring barista, we offer three engaging classes, each lasting 2 hours.
Roasting
This class can be tailored to fit your skill level. For the basics we will delve into the fundamentals, exploring Rate of Rise, the Phases of Coffee Roasting and Development Time Ratio. Each person will leave with educational materials and their own bag of freshly roasted coffee.

Espresso and Milk Steaming
Learn to be a barista! We will unlock the secrets of extraction, discuss dialing in - what it is and why it is important for good espresso, palate development, puck preparation and the art of crafting the perfect latte, and a few other basic espresso based drinks. Each person will leave with educational materials and a bag of freshly roasted coffee.

Home Brewing
Embark on a journey to discover the possibilities of brewing! You will get to choose from a variety of brewing gear and or styles (v60, chemex, cold brew, oragami etc) and we will tailor a class for you. We will then delve into temperature, time, water, filters and various pouring techniques. Each person will leave with educational materials and a bag of freshly roasted coffee.
